Oriole Gardens Two is an active 55+ Condo Community located in Margate, Florida.

(This development is also known as Oriole Gardens 2 and Oriole Gardens Phase II)

Near the border with Coral Springs on Atlantic Blvd. Oriole Gardens 2 is conveniently located near shopping centers, banks, restaurants and entertainment.

The community is comprised of 35 two story buildings (no elevator) and has laundry facilities and storage on each floor. There is a golf course on the north side of the community.

Oriole Gardens Two has 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos.

This community is knows for being well maintained and relatively low Condo Association fees ranging from $200-$350 per month (fees are paid quarterly).

Per association rules, pets are not allowed. Leasing is not allowed.

This association requires a minimum credit score of 650. Down-payment of 20% if financing a purchase and they also hold 6 months of dues as a deposit for 18 months. Application fee is $100.

Oriole Gardens Two Condo Association requires that at least on owner occupant is 55+, additional owners and/or occupants must be 18+.
