  4. Gather all information needed to accurately list your home.
  5. Enter your listing into the MLS.
  6. Install sign (where possible and allowed).
  7. Begin marketing your property.
  8. Manage showings and offers.
  9. Assist you with negotiations.
  10. Help you with everything throughout the transaction, all the way to closing.
