Parliament Towers Condominiums

Currently the building is going thru extensive remodelling and updating of all the common areas.  

The current assessment information is that of the following.

The BOD Meeting of October 22, 2019 approved the assessment. The assessment amount is the same as the units HOA so don't get confused when you see it on the MLS as the same.

This assessment started on November 2019 and will continue for 24 months.  

The building has the following makeup of units.

A- Studio      26 units in the building- $180.39 monthly

B- One Bedroom      153 units in the building- $479.94 monthly

C- Two Bedrooms      151 units in the building-  $609.97 monthly

D- Corner        102 units in the building- $648.98

The total is $5.67M

As you can imagine the upgrades are going to be really nice.

Prices range from $125,000 for (1 bed/1 bath) to $276,000 for (2 bed/2 bath) units. Condo Association fees include cable for each unit, building maintenance, professional property manager,  insurance and everything in the annual budget approved by the residence yearly.

-Located on N Ocean Blvd right across the street from the beach.  A large tower community feel for all ages. Covered parking, doorman/secureity, grill and updated outdoor lounge and swimming pool. A quite setting for reading a book or just relaxing. 

-Leasing is permitted only after 3 years of ownership and for a minimum of one year if approved by the board and they will require that there are only a certain percentage of leases in the building to allow new owners to be eligible for bank financing.  Applicants are screened like new owners with an in person interview and background check. -No pets are permitted

Units must be owned by individuals and not a corporation.

Parking- Each unit comes with an assigned parking space and unit owners must use their assigned spaces.

Guest Parking- Guest parking is located to the left and is marked. There are plenty of spaces but you must check into the building with security and obtain a parking pass.

Returned with the application must be:
1. Completed two-page form from Verified Tenant for each applicant. (For Canadian, South American, British or Brazilian applicants, please call the office for additional forms)
2. Copy of photo ID for each applicant.
3. One check for the screening fee (Made payable to Parliament Towers)
4. All applicable forms.
5. Signed copy of Contract for Sale of Lease
The processing of your application may take up to 30 days, so please plan accordingly.
