You might have to retake it with an X-ray camera - the first digit of the phone number is not readable, a first time home buyer may not know whether to dial 5 or 6. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Good point. This property should have no problem meeting FHA's health & safety requirements, and passing the insurance 4-Point inspection should be a breeze as well. Really, the only problem I see here is what you pointed out, that the stupid sign company nailed the sign support board over the the first digit of the phone number. No wonder this thing hasn't sold yet! I couldn't figure out why, but now it all makes sense - thanks for pointing that out! 😏
An excellent question. Thank you for asking. Unfortunately I am unable to provide an answer. We were kidding around on this one of course. This property was in Houston, Texas off of Navigation Blvd. It was eventually sold and the lot cleared. Never found out the price though, lol.
